Silence in Berlin supports a slowing down and clearing of the mind as the perfect start to the new week.


  • 06:00 arrive in silence
  • mindfulness practice - sitting & walking meditation
    As part of the practice we eat breakfast together.
  • 08:45  end of silence

A simple, healthy breakfast is provided.

At least two years of regular practice is helpful, but not essential. Meditation sequences in sitting & walking are alternately guided. The focus is clear. Silence and practice. The meditation practice is influenced by the ZEN tradition. The number of participants is limited to 15 people. Please come in comfortable, warm clothes and bring something to drink.
